Soooo tired

I am so tired. I am not sure what is going on. I wake up just as tired in the morning as I was when I went to bed the night before. I am still taking the Lunesta but it doesn't seem to be working. I don't know if I am not sleeping because I don't feel well, or if I don't feel well because I am not sleeping. Probably both.

Along with being tired, I have no energy whatsoever. Just sitting at my desk is an effort. My whole body feels tired. I have an appointment to see my dr on Thursday and will see what he thinks. But in the meantime....WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
